Southern Cross Roof Restoration guarantees you, the customer that:
The applied coatings and sealants will not lift or peel for the duration of the Guarantee period.
The coatings will not dramatically fade over the period of the Guarantee.
The applied coatings will greatly hinder the regrowth of lichens provided the after care advice is followed.
Your roof will be in a weatherproof condition at the completion of work HOWEVER no responsibility will be taken for future storm damage or leaks that may occur.
All workmanship undertaken by Southern Cross Roof Restoration will be guaranteed for 7 years from the date of completion.
